Bad service, I had an oil change and they told me that I needed an oil pan done, cost me $300 + oil chance + taxes, 3 days after my engine is over heating, and I when to check the oil almost empty, call the office they said that they do not offer any type of warranty in they job that was done, lost a good costumer for a bad experience hope they do not do this to any other new costumers, thank you anyways.
Sorry to hear this, Jhonny. We want everyone to have as smooth of an experience as possible, and I apologize if that wasn't the case. I reviewed your repair & considered all the facts . 1/16/18 you brought your own oil & filter at which time we advised of a bad oil pan , on 3/16/18 you brought your own part for us to install . You where advised, customer brought parts carry NO warranty. But when you called asking us to take responsibility for an over heating concern . We simply offered you to brings us the car with 130,00 miles to check it , free of charge .you refused . I fail to see the BAD SERVICE . yet our offer still stands .
