Can not give enough praise to this establishment. I've known about greens for many, many years.Never had an opportunity to visit them. I have a 2017 Nissan Leaf with 133k miles. It has been an awesome car. Never ANY problems. Today, a yellow Electrical System Light came on. Oh boy I thought. When I googled what it could be, the answer is ranged from a glitch in the system to major damage. In major money. I thought of greens because I have seen there are signs that they are electric and hybrid experts. When I drove by, the place was packed with cars. So many cars being looked at and waiting to be looked at. My first thought was, it's going to be going to take two hours just to be seen. I went in anyway. From the moment I walked in the office, I was greeted with a smile. The two ladies at the office, we're busy and ask me to wait a few minutes. No problem. About three minutes after I walked in, a tall gentleman walks in and he starts making a joke about the Nissan Leaf. So I said to him, " hey, what about Nissan Leafs?" He smiled. I told him what the problem was and he walked out the door without saying a word. So I asked the ladies , "where did he go?" To get his tools. I followed him outside and he hooked up my car to the computer diagnostic tool.. With 5 minutes I had the answer. Computer glitch they happen all the time. WOW! He reset the system. When I asked him what I owed him, his answer was nothing. Come back if you have any other problems. What a breath of fresh air. My faith in humanity is strong! Thank you sir, Hope I dont need to come back to your shop anyti.e soon, however, if I do I know, I will be treated fairly and professionally! Highly recommend this place!!!! Olga

Off to a bad start! Made appointment for 8AM Thursday morning for a very simple suspension check in the left wheel and replace a simple sensor and the advisor said someone will get back to me by 3pm…. As on today Friday 530pm I haven’t heard from anyone and I’ve called a bunch of times no one answers the phone they aren’t open on the weekends so I’m out of a car with no explanation of what or when. I don’t know what’s happening here but it certainly raises questions on all the positive reviews.

They are absolutely wonderful. They performed a full inspection on my car and didn’t charge a thing. When I said I wasn’t able to afford the cost of repairing my vehicle, they let me know there was someone interested in purchasing it. Great company, and I just moved to the area, so I will be coming back when I eventually do get a new car. Thank you, Green Garage!

I got a coolant warning on my Land Rover, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained the common failures in the cooling system on these vehicles and showed me exactly which hoses and components are usually affected. I brought my Bentley Continental in because the front right side of the air suspension was going down. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and took the time to explain to me how the air suspension system works. We went through everything step by step, and they gave me a clear estimate before doing the work. The price was much, much better than what the dealer quoted me. I got a brake warning on my Porsche Macan and called for an estimate. They gave me pricing for both front and rear brakes ahead of time. After inspecting the car, they showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and only replaced the brakes I actually needed. Very fair price and great service. Highly recommended!
