I’ve been to Green’s Garage a few times now and every experience has been amazing. They are reliable, honest, and always do a great job on my car. The team is very respectful and keeps you updated throughout the repair process. Fast service, reasonable prices, and excellent work quality. Definitely one of the best mechanic shops around!

I took my car to Green’s Garage and had a great experience from start to finish. The mechanic was honest, professional, and explained everything clearly before doing any work. My husband needed the radio on his Chevrolet Impala 2017 checked as it stopped working. I read the reviews and they were extraordinary. Some bad reviews always got a response. I found that acceptable. So we dropped off the car a week ago. We would call and Nicole would tell us that they were trying to find out what was wrong. So today, my husband decided to go check on the car and was told that they would need more time! Apparently, nothing had been done. The owner told my husband he could take the car, no charge. A customer whispered to my husband “the owner is a very nice guy”. Well apparently, there was a lack of information down the chain of command. I don’t know why this happened. My husband is a 78 year old, disabled American veteran. He doesn’t need any more stress in his life, neither do I.

DO NOT RECOMMEND 1) Misquoted over the phone despite pretty simple service request (replace front left AND right axles of my Audi). 2) I show up in person, junior guy sitting at the computer says it's going to be ~$2200 all in when quote was for $1650 all in. They made an error, which happens, but no apology. I wasted my time driving there in the middle of the day. Just an "I understand". Place is also in a rough part of Miami and ramshackle/appears disorganized. Held together by duct tape.

The gap between the phone quote and the in-person quote shouldn't have happened, and even though pricing on European vehicles can shift once we have the car in front of us, that's exactly why we should be more careful on the phone. Took car to check if there was a coolant leak. They did not find anything wrong. And they did not charge me for diagnostic. Ever since my horrible experience with Jiffy Lube on bird and 67 that ruined my car and very very costly repair, will never go anywhere else but Green's garage. Thank you.

I highly recommend this shop. They not only provide legit and professional service, they are honest and trustworthy. Their customer service is on point. They treat you as if you've been a customer for years. I took my car to the dealer for some engine issues and not only did they want to charge me an arm and a leg but they were not so nice to me AT ALL. Needless to say their diagnosis was way off just to charge me. Green's Garage was recommend by a friend and gave it a shot. Thank God I listened to my friend. Friendly from the minute I got there. Nicole and the rest of the staff was amazing. Diagnosis was on point and the cost was feasible. Im telling you I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
