DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Green Garage misdiagnose you car, and charge you more to fix problems they didn't discover or fix They have an option to book your diagnosis online and follow up what you need to get repaired I told them my car has suspension issues when driving Car goes from C to H when the A/C is turn on Car has starter issues Car has tough time starting after putting gas. They send me the quote that I need to fix the A/C issue and suspension issue A week later they send me a quote for the starter and Gas issue after I told them I need repairing but didn't diagnosis it from the beginning. They need a way to slip an ABS Sensor repair that I didn't mention need repairing and added the things that needed fixing from the beginning. I get my car back, A/C still overheats Suspension/driving still the same. I had them check the issue and to repair the starter issue they didn't originally diagnose They tell me my A/C need a motor which going to cost 800 more dollars. Which means they didn't full diagnose the car. For the Suspension issue, they say I need "Mount and bolts'. Another misdiagnosis I get my starter repair on Friday. As they was done with the car, the mechanic left a cone under my car in which he alert me as I back out. The mechanic try to blame me even though they back the car out and told me it was ready to go. Monday afternoon, my car stop due to low oil in the car. When I check my oil levels, NO OIL(In Pictures). I had to run to Advanced auto parts to put Engine oil in my car and I recently got an oil change. Also my Engine Hood is missing from the car in which they claim I never had one. As you see in the pictures, I had an Engine cover. When I state that to Green's Garage, they denied the low oil had nothing to do with their repair they have done and also the engine hood was never there but then had to look around for it. They offer to check for Oil leaks in which they will charge more to fix a problem they created In Summary A/C overheating - need extra 800 for a motor on top of paying 800 to repair the issue they misdiagnose Suspension issue- Issue still exists after paying 900 to fix but need mounts and bolts. Starter repair-Cone stuck under my car, missing engine cover, Engine Oil low which stalled my car. They misdiagnose the repair I asked for then created more problems after repairing the starter. Done take seriously to their responses in their reviews. They do it to save face.

Diagnostic findings: We inspected the reported suspension noise and found the concern was isolated to the axles, which we repaired. Other noises and vibrations were consistent with deteriorated motor mounts, which we identified and documented. Overheating: The overheating was caused by a damaged coolant hose connector. We provided photos showing the damage and completed the repair. Dash warning lights: The warning lights were caused by a damaged wheel-speed harness. We documented this condition and provided an estimate for repair; you declined that service at that time. Extended cranking: The slow cranking was attributed to a failing starter, which we recommended replacing. That repair was declined. Subsequent no-start: After pickup you returned with a no-start condition & replacing it was necessary to resolve the issue. A/C-related overheating: When the A/C is engaged, the vehicle overheats due to a non-functioning cooling fan. We inspected this and recommended repair, which was declined. Parking cone incident: For safety during vehicle movement around the shop, a parking cone was placed behind the vehicle. You reversed over the cone, at that point our technician began running after you, you later stopped and removed the cone returning it to him. Engine oil and cover: None of the performed repairs required draining engine oil. We did not remove or drain the oil at any point. We also have photo documentation showing the engine cover was not present prior upon vehicle intake.
