The work was done well and promptly but I much prefer the personalized service when Junior was there. He would give you a printout of everything they did. I had a 25k inspection done and no one said crickets or gave me anything. I had to ask, how are my brakes, how are my tires, when will I need new tires, when will they need to be rotated, how are my wipers, how is literally everything else? No one knew. Their new system only tells you if something is wrong. So then I had to wait for the mechanic to finish with another customer to come and tell me what he found, and then all he said was everything looks great. My car isnt a new car, it is an older car, so there is that... Sometimes the old days really were the good old days (as in better and better care).
