I've been going to Green's Garage for about five years. They are professional, genuine, friendly, and I would highly recommend them. The only reason I would hesitate to publicly recommend Green's is because if everyone starts going there then I may have a harder time getting in. The staff is amazing. Green's Garage is great - my go to garage! They always do efficient and quality work at a fair price and will take the time to explain exactly what is wrong and why it needs to be fixed. They are always available for questions and are very friendly!

Telephone greens garage ask them if they had time to view my car and ask if they had time to give me a quick estimate they said yes at 10:30am. I brought the car in and they said the estimate will be ready in an hour and it will cost me $100. I opted to take an Uber home and call back in an hour. When I did they told me to give him another hour and that it would be ready for estimate. I Called back at 4:30pm as I am a real busy person and felt this was ample time. He stated that he needed another hour. I was frustrated with no vehicle. I asked what time they close repeatedly all he would tell me was what time they opened which was 7:30. I asked again what time they close his response was 7:30. I also asked if he felt that the repairs would be expensive. His response was that he felt they would be very affordable. I called again at 6:30pm only to find that they close at 6pm. I was so frustrated. I called back the next morning at 8:22 am only to be told the car was not ready for estimate and to give him " an hour". I was shocked, upset and frustrated again.. i left that call stunned and fortunately he called back in 10 minutes only to be tolf it would cost $1000 dollars. I was furious and told him i would go get my car, his response is that i would owe him $112 for the diagnosis that he promised would take an hour. I was lied too, plus he lied to me about a part that needed replacing. I asked how much it would cost just to fix my brakelights the reason i came in anyways he stated that he would need to talk to the mechanic and call me back. He could not tell me... I was so mad i got on bike and rode 2 miles to the shop just to get my car. He called me on the ride and told me that the cost was 114 dollars for the brakelights but that i would still be charged the 112 on top for diagnostic. I fo not recommend them and be careful with their forms. Make sure you check in the box that you want a written diagnosis first.

finally one place in Miami where you can feel confident to be in good hands. From the moment you step in you can just tell that this business has been around for a very long time and they just know what they are doing. The owner is always present and overlooking personally all operations and will not try to oversell you any service that you don't need.

I can't really speak much about the work done here as I haven't had more than an oil change done. The first time I came here, I called ahead and made sure they could look at my car and give it an oil change if I dropped it off first thing in the morning and they said "Yes, no problem." So i took the car to be looked at. I called twice during the day and they said they haven't gotten to it yet. After the whole day, I call at the end of the day before close and they tell me that they haven't looked at it and didn't have a lift all day. This was the whole reason I called ahead a day prior. I ended up taking the car to have work done elsewhere and left with just an oil change. So months later, I have some car issues and need to have a car towed, since they are the closest in proximity to my house, I have it towed there. I again called ahead and confirmed with them that they could look at the car. So it's dropped off Tuesday night and they didn't look at it at all on Wednesday. Once again, no lift, you'd think I learned after the first time. Thursday they took a look at it, but it was an old car so I didn't end up having work done on it and just got rid of it. The guys there were friendly but don't drop your car off here with expectations of quick service even if they say they can look at your car. I don't plan on coming here again cause I can't trust that they'll look at my car that day even if they say they aren't busy.

I'm sorry if your service was anything but prompt and seamless, Garett. We always work hard to return your car back to you as soon as possible. I apologize though if we couldn't get to your car.
