I took my Tesla Model 3 to Green's Garage in March to have the air conditioning repaired. They quoted me $450 plus tax to assess the a/c, part of which would be credited toward the repair. The next day when I picked up the car I was told they could not find anything wrong with the a/c and I was welcome to return the car at no charge for further review. On the way home, I could tell the a/c was still not working. I decided to book an appointment with Tesla and not waste more time. Tesla replaced the HVAC, Evaporator Thermistor for a total cost of $88.90. They a/c is working fine now. Total cost at Green's was $497.25 for a poor diagnosis. If you have a Tesla, skip Green's and just go to Tesla. UPDATE: Green's provided me a full refund and told me my customer service person no longer works for the company.

Though I did not end up using them for the repairs for my car, Nicole and the rest of the team were amazing. They provided top class customer service and I can see myself coming back in the future.

Went to Green Garage for an estimate on replacing the side wheel arch and was created by Blake the owner he was very polite and gave me a great deal. Unfortunately I didnt have the part with me at the time, Blake said no problem come back and will help you. Today I went back and was helped by Jeremy who advised that Blake told him about me the part was changed in about an hour and I took advantage and asked for a quote for some other stuff. All in all Green Garage is a well established garage that has been around for several generations would recommend them to anyone looking for car service. Will be back thank you Blake for keeping your fathers legacy.

Been using them for years now for a number of cars incl an engine replacement on a V8 F150. Just had them do a bunch of work on my 335i incl rear shocks, oil pan gasket, front brakes etc. No surprise. Quality work.

Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and respectful. They explained everything step by step and didnt try to upsell unnecessary repairs. I really appreciated their honesty. Ill definitely be coming back.
