We dealt with Barbara and Eric at Green's Garage and they did a phenomenal job! If you need work done on your vehicle, no matter what make or model you have, they have the people to service you. It was quick, efficient, and extremely cost effective. I will always use them.

I thought my car sounded louder than usual so I brought it to Green’s Garage. I was greeted by Eddie who listened to my concerns and they did a diagnostic on my car. 30 minutes later I am informed there was nothing wrong with my car 🤦🏻‍♀️ They told me I could bring my car back any time if it starts making the noise again. Normally the diagnostic costs money, but I didn’t have to pay anything! Honest and reliable. Would definitely recommend!

We documented the concern and informed you of the price which was generated from a labor index as well as the cost of the part. You agreed to both and we extended you a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. We performed our Quality Control Process and there was no noise at the time we released the vehicle to you. Logically speaking it would make no sense for us to release a vehicle with the same concern it came in for. All of this is documented. You then brought the vehicle back and informed us that you still heard the noise. Our shop foreman went on a test drive with you, at which time you could not replicate the sound. We let you know that if you continued to hear the noise that we could not replicate with you in the car to send us a video and we would address the concern. If any of this is not accurate please feel free to reply in the section below. We've attempted to accommodate you at every turn however you thought it best to try and tarnish our reputation. Despite this we are in the business of helping people and as we informed you before when you can replicate the concern we can then address it for you again at no cost. On a side note, I had a chance to look at the other reviews you've left almost all of them exclusively 1-star reviews and I hope you understand that these reviews impact the livelihood of the men and women working at these businesses. My team did nothing but follow the process every step of the way and present the information we found in the most transparent way possible. I have to believe that even if you're not satisfied with the free diagnostic, the 2 year warranty, the repeated attempts to replicate a sound even with you in the vehicle and then create a repair plan at no cost that at the very least this does not warrant a 1-star review. As I stated before we're still here to help and will not turn our backs to you simply because you left us a review that I believe is unjustified. I will have an advisor call you in the morning to follow up.
