I stopped by Green’s Garage for a headlight I was having issues with and thought it was electrical. I walked in and spoke with Omar and he was very attentive and assured me he would figure out what the problem was. Thankfully, the issue was minor and just a bulb, but he went out of his way to clean my battery and even refill the coolant. They went above and beyond and I will definitely be returning. Phenomenal customer service and definitely a mechanic shop you can trust!

It is very difficult to find mechanics and technicians that specialize in hybrid and EV vehicles but Green’s Garage is the exception! It’s baffling to think that authorized service centers from luxury brands like my Porsche would give you less clarity about what my Cayenne was facing but that was exactly what happened in my case from two different locations. It wasn’t until I got to work with Nichole at this auto shop that I got true transparency and a plan for how I should proceed. I didn’t feel like an afterthought, unlike those authorized service centers, and the communication at Green’s Garage is great! Thank you for bringing this to a resolution and I can’t recommend Green’s Garage enough!
