Warranty Information 

OUR WARRANTY: Car, van, SUV, and light-duty truck repairs and services are covered by our 2-year/24,000-mile limited parts and labor warranty. 

CALL US FIRST!!! Contact Green's Garage before performing or authorizing any services that may be covered under warranty. We cannot pay for warranty work performed by any other facility or issue refunds for work performed by other facilities unless the service was approved in advance by Green's Garage ownership. We cannot issue refunds in place of paying for unauthorized repairs that may have been covered by warranty.

TROUBLE OUT OF TOWN? Any problem that occurs within twenty miles of Green's Garage must return to us for coverage to apply. If a problem occurs more than twenty miles away, contact us – we have a nationwide network of shops to help us take care of you no matter where you are. We will identify the nearest shop we trust to handle your needs.

OTHER WARRANTIES/COVERAGE: Any aftermarket, extended, or factory warranty that covers a needed component holds primary position and takes priority over any Green's Garage warranty. Any part with its own manufacturer warranty (Tire mileage warranties and Battery life warranties for example) will be covered to the extent of that specific warranty – not the Green's Garage warranty.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS: Our warranty does not include coverage for car rental expense, towing, lost wages, or any other related expenses. The maximum warranty coverage is equal to the total parts and labor cost of the original repair. The warranty will not be valid if the vehicle has been abused, misused, or if subsequent repair, service, or alteration has affected the covered items. Green's Garage reserves the right to refund the full purchase price of goods and services purchased in relation to any warranty failure in lieu of any warranty claim.
