I've been using Green's for over a year now. I've had three different cars there and I've been so happy with them, that my wife and I just skip the dealer. Here's why. Honesty - They always give very accurate diagnosis, explain the whole issue and explain the alternatives. They tell you what should be fixed immediately, what can wait a little while (as well as what may happen if you wait too long), what you should just keep an eye on and just an overall assessment. When they tell you your car is good, it's good. 2-Customer Service - they are friendly, they get to your car immediately, they communicate about how long it'll take and bend over backwards to accommodate your schedule. They also do a lot of little things like clean the windows, vacuum out the car and just make it look good. 3-Pricing - they are beyond fair with pricing and will offer you alternatives if available, explaining the differences and even suggest things to you. Most of their suggestions are often the cheaper or a cheaper alternative. Trust is the biggest issue with mechanics, especially here in Miami, but if someone was honest but incompetent, that wouldn't be good. I've had multiple things fixed there, each time they looked at other issues and told me if I wanted to fix them now it could save some money. Everything they've done has been perfect and each of my cars drives so well now. I trust them completely, to tell me the truth and to fix it right. They aren't just nice folks they're experts. As positive as this review is, I know it may sound like it wasn't authentic. I assure you it is. Look around at their other reviews, everyone says the same thing. I found them from glowing recommendations my neighbors made on NextDoor and even though I live in a neighborhood 10 miles away, everyone knows of their reputation and suggest them. There's a reason, they earned every bit of this reputation and it's always a pleasure dealing with them.
