JR really gets it. He serves you (the customer)! Understanding that the auto repair industry is always a tough one for the customer because we have to shell out our hard-earned money to fix things on cars that we most likely never heard of or understand. JR and his team does an excellent job of explaining any issues and works tirelessly until they get find a resolution. He always checks up on you a couple days later to make sure everything is smooth or work to take care of any related issues ASAP. One of his experienced technicians, Tony, is great. Very hands on, respectful, knowledgeable, and has a true passion for fixing things and giving everything he has to get it right. I would definitely request him to work on your ride. Be mindful it cost $40 to conduct an annual inspection for the ride sharing networks there. To me, that's expensive and is certainly cheaper somewhere else. Otherwise customer service was exceptional.

Excellent, quick service. They repaired a passenger-side mirror for a lot less than replacing the part would have cost, serviced the vehicle, and even fixed a family member's car the next day. No hassles and very friendly. I highly recommend!

Living in the Coral Gables area can be quite expensive. You need to find an auto repair shop that will charge you honest prices. And when you AC breaks in the beginning of a Miami summer.. you need an immediate fix. After calling around different places, I decided to go with Green's. Affordable labor. Friendly people. Honest prices. I would go back to them for anything. Thank you Green's Garage! (Rick & JR are the best.)

I was travelling to Miami last week. The AC of my car (2010 Honda Accord) has an issue for a while. When I bring my car to Green's Garage Auto Repair in Miami, FL, the technician found the compressor was broken and also found a potential problem of the alternator. Because I need to drive my car back to Boston, I agreed to change the compressor and alternator. The total costs for changing a new compressor, rebuilt alternator and oil changing were $1,449.54. When I came back Boston to check the pricing for this job, I realize they charged me way to high!!!! I wish I should check another garage to compare the price. I would like to share my bad experience with new customers at Green's Garage Auto Repair in Miami and please make sure to compare the price prior to decide to repair your car at Green's Auto Repair, especially people who is not from local.

Excellent Service!! I have been coming to Green's Garage (aka Town Auto) for 30+ years. I used to fill my bike tires here when I was a kid. When I got my first car I brought it here for repairs. Sr. used to give me a hard time whenever I tried to haggle on a charge price. He'd grumble and get pissed off and walk away and then Jr. would step in and take care of me :^D These are top notch HONEST people!! They always have been. The mechanics have been there forever and you know that the guy who fixed your car will be there for the next tome you need service and will know you and your car. they remember their customers, they treat them well and I cannot emphasize more about the great customer service that they always give. Although they are always packed/busy they will let you know when your car is going to be ready honestly and will work with you and your scheduling needs. I would highly highly recommend greens garage!
