Telephone greens garage ask them if they had time to view my car and ask if they had time to give me a quick estimate they said yes at 10:30am. I brought the car in and they said the estimate will be ready in an hour and it will cost me $100. I opted to take an Uber home and call back in an hour. When I did they told me to give him another hour and that it would be ready for estimate. I Called back at 4:30pm as I am a real busy person and felt this was ample time. He stated that he needed another hour. I was frustrated with no vehicle. I asked what time they close repeatedly all he would tell me was what time they opened which was 7:30. I asked again what time they close his response was 7:30. I also asked if he felt that the repairs would be expensive. His response was that he felt they would be very affordable. I called again at 6:30pm only to find that they close at 6pm. I was so frustrated. I called back the next morning at 8:22 am only to be told the car was not ready for estimate and to give him " an hour". I was shocked, upset and frustrated again.. i left that call stunned and fortunately he called back in 10 minutes only to be tolf it would cost $1000 dollars. I was furious and told him i would go get my car, his response is that i would owe him $112 for the diagnosis that he promised would take an hour. I was lied too, plus he lied to me about a part that needed replacing. I asked how much it would cost just to fix my brakelights the reason i came in anyways he stated that he would need to talk to the mechanic and call me back. He could not tell me... I was so mad i got on bike and rode 2 miles to the shop just to get my car. He called me on the ride and told me that the cost was 114 dollars for the brakelights but that i would still be charged the 112 on top for diagnostic. I fo not recommend them and be careful with their forms. Make sure you check in the box that you want a written diagnosis first.
