Do you really service all these brands at a manufacturer level?

Yes. We maintain active diagnostic platform licenses for PATHFINDER (Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar), wiTECH (Jeep, Ram, Chrysler, Dodge), ISTA (BMW, Mini Cooper), HDS (Honda, Acura), Subaru Select Monitor (SSM-IV) for Subaru, VIDA for Volvo, plus other manufacturer platforms for the secondary brands we service. We're an independent shop, but with dealer-level tools.

What's the difference between manufacturer-level and generic OBD-II?

A generic OBD-II reader can pull emissions-related codes (P0xxx) from most cars. That's about 5% of what a modern vehicle's computer knows. Manufacturer platforms read the other 95% — air suspension faults, transmission learn parameters, hybrid battery cell data, infotainment modules, ABS calibrations, immobilizer codes, and so on. For anything more complex than an emissions warning light, you need the manufacturer platform.

Will you service my brand even if it's not listed on this page?

Do you specialize in hybrid and EV vehicles?

Yes — we're ASE L3 Hybrid/EV Certified. We service hybrid and PHEV systems on Jeep 4xe, Land Rover Defender P400e, Range Rover P400e, Volvo Recharge T8, Honda hybrid (Accord, CR-V, Civic, Insight), Acura hybrid (MDX Type S, RLX Sport Hybrid), Subaru Forester Hybrid, Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, BMW PHEV, and Porsche Taycan EV. ASE L3 is the formal certification for high-voltage work and most independent shops don't carry it.

Are you a dealer alternative?

For most service categories on the brands above, yes. We're not authorized to perform recall work, warranty work covered by an active factory warranty, or manufacturer-funded campaigns — those have to go through the dealer. For everything else (routine service, post-warranty repair, diagnostics, hybrid work, second opinions), we're a faster, often less expensive, and frequently more thorough alternative.
